Brooklyn has so many galleries and such lively culture. But prices for the space for the galleries are going up so fast that many artists are thinking about relocating. Its not fair that a sector which has gained real estate value thanks to the artists that have populated it is charging those same artists more and will eventually push them away. Art has such an uphill battle these days.
